Dover Woman Charged in Unlicensed Wine Operation

The Delaware Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement (DATE) has arrested a 60-year-old Dover woman on charges stemming from an unlicensed wine manufacturing operation conducted through Pale Moon Wine LLC.
