Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 04/26/25
Saturday the weather was cold and windy. Sunday it will be worst. Small craft advisories have been up all day on Saturday and will be replaced by a gale warning on Sunday.
Friday, Old Inlet Bait and Tackle reported the first bluefish of the year caught from the beach at 3Rs Road. The Inlet produced a few tog and lots of hickory shad.
Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥榚m said on Friday they had a few private boats fish the ocean and bring in a few tog.
Lewes Harbour Marina said a few boats fished the ocean close to Cape Henlopen on Friday and caught a few black drum on sand fleas and a few bluefish on frozen mullet. Other private boats ran further out into the ocean to fish deeper structure. They did not report their catch.
