Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 06/27/26

Friday was, hot, humid and just a tad breezy at the beach. My reporting stations had less than exciting reports for the day.

Dan at Dan’s Tackle said a few spot and croaker were caught on bloodworms and Fishbites at Broadkill Beach on Friday. The hot weather kept the usual crowds down to a minimum.

Lewes Harbour Marina told us the Katydid returned from ocean structure with flounder. The head boat Angler had croaker from bay structure.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park said it was a slow day on the pier with just a few spot and croaker taken on bloodworms or Fishbites.

At Old Inlet Bait and Tackle we heard that bluefish came through the inlet on incoming water and a few nice flounder were caught from the Inlet as well.
