Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 07/14/25
Sunday was another decent weather day and boats could fish the ocean or the bay.
Lewes Harbour Marina reported that the Surface Tension had eight flounder and the Jay Sea II had three flounder and seven triggerfish all from ocean structure. The Katydid led the field with 25 flounder also from ocean structure. All boats reported sorting through scores of short fish to cull out the keepers.
We did receive a good surf fishing report. Stephen Sherlock caught eight kingfish, one spot and one dogfish while fishing from shore at Dewey Beach with sand flea Fishbites.
Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥榚m said the Captain Bob had 12 flounder and the Judy V had sea bass on Sunday.
A 7.3-pound flounder was leading the Bay Flounder Pounder.
