Ricky Vincent landed a 13-pouhnd, 10-ounce sheepshead on a sand flea impaled on a Chong Chea jig.
Lewes Harbour Marina reported the Jay Sea II brought in croaker and flounder from Delaware Bay. The head boat Angler also fished in Delaware Bay and had a catch of croaker and kings.
Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park said spot and croaker ruled the day on Saturday with bloodworms and Fishbites the primary baits.
Old Inlet Bait and Tackle reported pretty much the same thing as they have been reporting for the past couple of weeks. Stripers at night on sand fleas and eels. During the day sand fleas and shrimp have been used to catch sheepshead out of the rocks.
