Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 07/30/25

Tuesday was another hot and humid day, but what do you expect in Delaware in July? The fish don’t care. They are already cooling off in the ocean or bay.

Lewes Harbour Marina told us the Surface Tension caught sea bass on ocean structure. The Chasin’ Tail brought in some croaker and trout caught on bay structure. The Angler and the Pirate King had croaker and spot from bay structure.

On Monday morning Captain Aaron Herd took Bob and Cindy out to Indian River Inlet. Cindy caught most of the fish including two flounder at 18 and 18.5 inches. Bob had the pool winner at 23 inches.

Tom Passwaters caught four keeper flounder at Roosevelt Inlet on Monday.

Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em said the Captain Bob and the Judy V had decent numbers of flounder and sea bass on Tuesday.
