Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 08/20/25

Tuesday was an absolutely horrible weather day. The rain was steady and driven by the wind just to get under your hat and in your face. I can鈥檛 imagine anyone would be outside, let alone fishing on such a day.
The Mid Atlantic Tournament did fish on Monday and according to the press release, the boats had a decent run out to the canyons, but a bumpy ride home.
After the first day a 71-pound white marlin is at the top of the leader board. The fish was caught by James Quillen on board Jimmy Hahn鈥檚 Tailchaser from Pocomoke, Maryland.
In the release category the boat Catch 23, an 83 Bayless owned by Michael Jordan, is in the lead with 12 white marlin releases.
