Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 08/21/25
Wednesday was a slight improvement over Tuesday only in the fact that it didn鈥檛 rain on me. According to the radar on my weather app it did rain in pop-up locations through out the area. Thursday we will see tropical storm conditions with seas running 11 to 15 feet. Now that鈥檚 above the already unusually high tide. Out in the Hudson Canyon the seas will be 15 to 25 feet and I believe that will keep the boats fishing the Mid Atlantic Marlin Tournament tied to the dock for another day. I don鈥檛 believe I would even want to face 25-foot seas in Michel Jordan鈥檚 83 Bayless.
I did face seas close to 100 feet, but that was on the USS Saratoga coming back from the Med during a north Atlantic storm.
