Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 09/13/26

Aaron at Lewes Harbour Marina reported that the only boat to fish on Saturday was the Bottom Line and they brought back a nice catch of dolphin (mahi-mahi). While they did not disclose the location of their catch, my guess would be the Bass Pot Buoys.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park said all they heard of on Saturday were spot and croaker caught on bloodworms or Fishbites.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle told us blues in the 3 to 5-pound class were caught out of the Inlet on and off during the day on Saturday. Pretty much anything shiny would draw the attention of the bluefish.

Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em only saw one private boat go fishing on Saturday and that boat brought back a good catch of dolphin.
