Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 09/29/25
Sunday saw the beginning of some rough weather, but fish were caught.
Old Inlet ran their 28th Fall Surf Fishing Classic on Saturday and John Anderson placed First in the Open Division with 219 points. Cindy Cycyk was first in the Woman鈥檚 Division with 92 points and Scarlett Moore was first in the Kid鈥檚 Division with 45 points. Dave Brand took the big money for the largest fish. A 45-inch red drum worth $1000.
Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥榚m told us they saw two yellowfin tuna and two bigeyes come in on Sunday. The bigeyes were on the Moon Dog.
The report for Sunday from Old Inlet Bait and Tackle was good numbers of sheepshead out of the inlet on sand fleas and green crab. Surf fishing was good for blues, kings and spot.
