Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 09/29/26

A large orange ball appeared in the sky on Monday, and the children were so afraid. The Elders comforted the young folks and said that is the sun. Do not be afraid for it is a good thing. It warms the water and brings good fishing, just not on Monday.

Dan at Dan’s Tackle said he was so lonely because he had not had a customer all day. If the forecast holds for Tuesday, perhaps he will have some fishermen stop by to try their luck up on Broadkill Beach.

Aaron at Lewes Harbour Marina said no one was out on Monday, but several captains were getting ready to go on Tuesday.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle told us they had 10 inches of water in the shop over the weekend. It did consider damage that they were in the process of repairing.
