Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 10/19/25
Saturday was as close to a perfect fishing day as we are going to get until sometime next week.
Lewes Harbour Marina told us the Katydid and the Jay Sea II had boat limits of sea bass from ocean structure. Private boats that didn鈥檛 fish for sea bass caught sheepshead and tog off the Outer Wall and the Ice Breakers.
Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park said the kids had a great time catching spot on bloodworms on Saturday.
Old Inlet Bait and Tackle reported the tog catching was hot and heavy at Indian River Inlet with sand fleas and green crabs the prime baits.
Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥榚m said the Captain Bob had excellent sea bass fishing on the all-day trip. Other boats brought in sea bass and a few flounder.
