Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 10/31/25

Thursday began with rain and wind about as hard as I have ever seen. Friday will have a gale warning and Saturday will be a small craft warning day. Sunday may be fishable.

Steve at Smith Bait said tog are being caught at the reef sites out of Bowers Beach. Blue crab and shrimp have been the most successful baits.

Our fly-fishing reporter, Ed O鈥橠onnell, fished the fly-fishing only section of White Clay Creek on Thursday. He caught six out of the seven rainbow trout that he hooked keeping one for a friend. He used the olive woolly bugger, BH tan/pink nymph and a little black leech. He said there was a great deal of wildlife including deer, birds and few other anglers.

Rick鈥檚, said a few small tog were caught at Massey鈥檚 Landing.
