Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 11/11/23

Saturday was a bit cooler as we got back to fall weather and some people got back to fishing.

At Lewes Harbour Marina they said the boats switched up from sea bass to tog. The Katydid had a boat limit of tog and both the Pirate King and the Angler went for tog and did put their people on some fish.

The new tog jigs do work well with a nice piece of crab so long as you keep your line at a 90-degree angle to the water and, as always, set the hook just before the tog bites.

At Old Inlet Bait and Tackle the report has not changed. Lots of small tog at Indian River Inlet on sand fleas and green crabs with the occasional keeper.

Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em told us some boats had sea bass while others had tog on Saturday. They also saw keeper striped bass caught from the Inlet jetties on a white bucktail with a white worm.
