Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 11/30/23

Thursday was about as good a fishing day as you can expect for the end of November.

Lewes Harbour Marina reported that the Katydid brought in a catch of sea bass and the Grizzly had a catch of tog.

I can report that the Angler out of Ocean City, Maryland had an excellent day of catching sea bass, bluefish, porgies and one 5-pound flounder.

As usual, I was up at 3:00 am out the door at 4:00 and on site at the dock around 5:00. We loaded the boat at 5:30 and were underway at 6:00.

Fishing began at 8:30 and it was good from the first drop to the last. I had four double-header keepers and they were not small fish. At the end of the day, I had caught 20 keeper sea bass retaining my 15-fish limit and letting the mates distribute the other five to those with fewer keepers.
