Sunday was beautiful!

Lewes Harbour Marina said the Katydid had a few flounder as the ocean was still a bit stirred up after the storms from Saturday night. The Falgowski Family Tournament was held on Saturday and Ryan came in first with a 6.53-pound flounder. Finn came in second in the Kid’s Division with a 3.94-pound flounder.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park told us it was a nice day for pier fishing and the usual spot and croaker were caught on bloodworms and Fishbites plus a few flounder were taken on minnows.

At Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em they said the Judy V had some flounder and sea bass on her morning trip, but found the seas still rough.

The Thelma Dale IV out of Fisherman’s Wharf had a fast drift in the morning, but the afternoon saw better conditions and more keeper flounder and sea bass in the coolers.
