Teens charged with assaulting 13-year-old at mental hospital in Georgetown

Two teens were arrested for assaulting a juvenile at a mental health facility in Georgetown.
According to the Georgetown Police Department, the incident occurred around 11:30 a.m., Monday as officers were called to Sun Behavioral Health for reports of a fight.
Officers responded to the second floor of the building and learned that two males and a female juvenile were involved in the incident.
Two male juveniles assaulted a 13-year-old female victim, according to police.
A 17-year-old male from Millsboro was charged with 2nd Degree Assault, Strangulation and Conspiracy, and a 13-year-old male from Frankford was also charged with 2nd Degree Assault and Conspiracy.
Both were arraigned at Sussex County Family Court and released on unsecured bonds.
