Three Injured in Multiple Vehicle Crash on Isaacs Road near Milton
A multiple vehicle crash Friday afternoon on Isaacs Road near Milton is under investigation by Delaware State Police. Police say a Hyundai driven by a 25 year old Dover man was traveling southbound at a high rate of speed. The driver lost control and struck a northbound Kia. The driver of the Hyundai then struck a guard rail and came to a stop ā but the driver then continued southbound on Isaacs Road where he collided with a northbound Ford Escape. The driver of an Impala that was behind the Ford swerved to avoid the collision but hit a utility box.
The driver of the Kia was not injured.
The drivers of the Ford and Impala were treated for non-life threatening injuries and the driver of the Hyundai was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
