Two Arrested on Drug Charges by Laurel Police

Two people have been arrested on drug charges after the execution of a search warrant in the Carvel Gardens Apartment Complex Friday morning. Laurel Police arrested 39 year old Jessica Young and 38 year old Ricky Horsey – both of Laurel. Both are charged with a variety of drug offenses:
- Manufacture/Deliver/PWID Controlled Substance (Class D Felony)
- Possession of Controlled Substance Tier 1 Quantity (Class G Felony)
- Possess Consume a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance x4 (Class B Misdemeanor)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor)
Both subjects were arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court #2 and are being held at SCI in default of a $12,000 secured bond – each.
These arrests end a month-long drug investigation. The Seaford Police SPEAR Team assisted in this operation.
