Milford Police on patrol spotted a vehicle in the area of Northwest 10th Street and learned the vehicle registration was suspended. During a traffic stop, officers contacted the driver, 32 year old Kevin Woods of Bridgeville and passenger, 24 year old Marshay Johnson of Dover and learned that Woods’s license was suspended. The officer spotted drug paraphernalia in the driver’s door and detained both. A search of the vehicle turned up a loaded 38 Special, 386 bags of heroin, over 18 grams of cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana, Naloxone pills and suboxone strips and a large amount of cash. Both are charged with a laundry list of offenses and are being held in default of bond.
