Two Morning Public Hearings Tuesday for the Sussex County Council

There’s just a month left in 2018, there are only three more Sussex County Council meetings left to finish business this year – with the current council.  There will be two public hearings in the morning session – one to authorize the sale of over $16.6-million of general obligation bonds in connection with the Western Sussex Regional Sanitary Sewer District project and one to amend the county code in relation to C-4 Planned Commercial Districts.  The discussion on the calculation of permitted density will continue – with possible action.  And the discussion on the Comprehensive Plan will continue.  There are 4 public hearings scheduled for the afternoon session as well.  The Sussex County Council meets Tuesday morning at 10 in the County offices on the Circle in Georgetown
