UPDATE: Runways, Taxiways & Ramps Open at Easton Airport

UPDATED  – 01/20/25 – 4:45pm  – Please note the following updates as of January 20, 2025, at 1630L:

Runways:

  • Runways 4/22 and 15/33 are open. Braking action is good.
  • All taxiways and ramps are open. Braking action is good.
  • As always, check NOTAMs before flying.

Public Spaces:

  • Please use extra caution in and around public areas and parking lots.

Runways:

  • Runway 15/33 is open with braking advisories.
  • Runway 4/22 remains closed until at least 6 PM this evening.
  • All taxiways and ramps are open with braking action medium to poor.
  • Check NOTAMs for the most current information.

Public Spaces:

  • Please use extra caution in and around public areas and parking lots.

ORIGINAL STORY – 01/19/25 – Easton Airport has two runways closed as of 6pm Sunday.  Airport officials report runways 4/22 and 15/33 are closed due to snow – they plan to clear the airfield when the storm passes this evening. Officials expect to try to reopen by noon tomorrow.  Check NOTAMs for the most current information. 

Officials also urge everyone to use extra caution in and around public areas as they work to remove snow.
