Two women from Sussex County arrested for car break-ins

UPDATE 1/19 – Delaware State Police arrested two women connected to a string of burglaries in the Bridgeville and greenwood areas. Yesterday The Sussex County Governor’s Task Force spotted their suspects, Katelyn Foskey and Miranda Abbott in Seaford, and apprehended the pair after a brief car chase. Both were charged with 75 counts, including theft, conspiracy, trespass, and unlawful use of a credit card. Abbott, who was driving, also received additional traffic violations. The pair was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional center on over $63,000 cash bonds.

Delaware State Police are searching for two women they believe are connected to multiple thefts in throughout Bridgeville and Greenwood. They are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Katelyn Foskey of Greenwood and Miranda Abbott of Georgetown. Police say the women are wanted for multiple thefts from motor vehicles. Both women are white females with brown hair, detectives believe they are living in northern Sussex County, and may be driving a silver Chevy Cobalt with Delaware tags. Anyone with information about their location is asked to contact state police.
