Wanted Man Charged after Stolen Vehicle Complaint in Dover

Dover Police were called about a stolen vehicle from Pennsylvania that was spotted on Carvel Drive in Dover. Police responded and found the vehicle and confirmed that it was stolen. While canvasing the area police located 30 year old Cameron Vincent, who was in possession of the keys and arrested him.
A computer check showed he was wanted for a parole violation in California.
Vincent is being held at SCI without bail for receiving stolen property and being an out-of-state fugitive and is awaiting extradition to California.
