The Delaware General Assembly’s Joint Finance Committee is in the second week of hearings on Governor John Carney’s Fiscal Year 2022 Budget proposal.
Carney presented the spending plan almost two weeks ago. The JFC spends several weeks conducting hearings during which department heads and officers make presentations and answer questions.
