Monday saw a fresh breeze on the water, but boats that sailed caught plenty of fish.  The rest of the week is looking good with winds at five to ten knots and incoming water in the morning.

Tommy at Lewes Harbour Marina said the Katydid had 120 sea bass for the Monday Group.

On Sunday Julie Stevenson, Amanda Morris and Mike Fischer fished on the Thelma Dale IV and had a great catch of sea bass and flounder.

Dan’s Tackle Box reported that Wilkie caught a 3.5-pound sea bass at the Del-Jersey-Land Reef on Sunday.

The Morning Star out of Ocean City had a lot of short sea bass on Monday, but a few customers were able to catch their limit.  The secret to catching keepers was to crank your rig a few turns up from the bottom.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle said more keeper tog have been caught from Indian River Inlet on sand fleas and green crab.  Michael Bator caught three short tog and one nice sheepshead using sand fleas on Sunday.
