Friday the weather was not quite as bad as the forecast. Still, most boats stayed at the dock or they fished in Delaware Bay. Saturday looks good with northwest winds at 10 knots and two-foot seas in the ocean while Sunday will see five to ten knot winds out of the northwest and more of those lovely two-foot seas.

Rick’s Bait and Tackle reported that Chris Albright landed a 6.25-pound red drum just outside Indian River Inlet.

At Lewes Harbour Marina, Amanda wanted me to remind you the Tog Tournament begins on October 23 and runs until November 21. You can enter for one day for $5.00 or for the entire tournament for $30.00. She also reported that the Katydid had sea bass, the Surface Tension and Top Fin both had tog.

Old Inlet told us red drum were caught from the beach on mullet. Short tog took sand fleas and green crab at Indian River Inlet.

This is Eric Burnley with your WGMD fishing report.
