WGMD Fishing Report 11-13-21

bill-o

We had a gale warning on Saturday so very few boats ventured out on the bay or ocean.  Sunday will see west winds at 10 to 15 knots with gusts to 20 shifting to the southwest in the afternoon and seas of three to four feet.  Monday those west winds will blow 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 then increase to 20 to 25 with gusts to 30 and seas of three to five feet.

Amanda at Lewes Harbour Marina said the only boat that went out on Saturday was the Top Fin with Captain Pete and he had a good catch of tog.  Earlier in the week Tommy Serbin, Dave Lynham and Donnie Vanderslice went out to the ocean on a boat with no name.  They fished the Del-Jersey-Land Reef and caught a boat limit of sea bass plus some blues and porgies.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle said tog to 18 inches were caught out of Indian River Inlet on Saturday with sand fleas and green crab the top baits.

This is Eric Burnley with your WGMD fishing report.
