Monday was another nice summer day with a southwest wind and good fishing.

Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em reported that the Sea Flame came in with 14 white marlin release flags flying on Sunday.

In Ocean City, Maryland the Huk Big Fish Tournament produced the pending Maryland State Record Dolphin. The Layin’ Lines brought in the 74-pounder caught by Jeff Wright. Pumpin’ Hard won the tournament with a 455-pound blue marlin.

Amanda at Lewes Harbour Marina told us on Saturday the Katydid brought in a six-man limit of flounder. The Reel Chaotic had eight flounder to 4.43 pounds at B Buoy on Sunday. Logan Serpico caught a 20 inch flounder and Aiden Bowman had a 17 incher from the Lewes town dock on four-inch pearl Gulp! Joe Allred and Nathan Heinze fished from the Roosevelt Jetty using Speck Rigs with pink Gulp to catch three flounder from 16.5 to 18 inches.
