WGMD’s Throwback Thursday Picture of the Day – the year was 2009 and WGMD held the Greatest Debater contest at the CHEER Center in Georgetown. I believe this was the first round of the contest. The contestants are on top – the judges and audience below. I believe William Wong was the overall Greatest Debater.
