Wicomico County Solid Waste Division Tipping Fee Increase Notice

In Wicomico County, effective Thursday, January 1st, 2026, the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget includes an increase of the tipping fee.  Under the Newland Park Landfill Fee Schedule, the tipping fee will increase to $88.00 per ton with a minimum charge of $10.00. The commercial brush fee will increase to $44.00 per ton, also with a minimum charge of $10.00. The fee increases are in accordance with Resolution No. 72-2025 adopted by the Wicomico County Council on June 2, 2025
