UPDATED: Wicomico Sheriff’s Deputies Investigate Student Death at Elementary School

The Wicomico County Sheriff’s department is investigating a death near the playground at East Salisbury Elementary School.  Officials say this appears to be a student – and looks to be the result of a suicide.  School District officials tell WGMD that the body was found before school so that staff made sure that no students were allowed back in that area, and it was at the rear of the property, so that students couldn’t see it from any classroom.
