Wicomico Sheriff’s Office Investigating Fatal Crash Wednesday on East Salisbury Parkway at Tilghman Road

A Salisbury woman died from injuries in a crash early Wednesday morning in the area of East Salisbury Parkway and Tilghman Road. Salisbury Police say the investigation is ongoing. The crash occurred just before 5am and investigation reveals that a Honda Civic and Ford Escape were involved in the collision – with both vehicles heavily damaged. Police say a passenger in the civic, 64 year old Darlene Stevenson of Salisbury was taken to Tidal Health, but later died from her injuries. The driver of the Escape was taken to Tidal Health with non-life threatening injuries.
