Winter Storm Warning in effect for Lower Shore, Sussex County

A major winter storm is lurking off the east coast, promising to bring heavy snow and high winds to the region beginning later tonight. Current forecasts estimate snowfall totals between 4-8 inches, with sustained winds between 20-30 mph and gusts over 50 mph.
