Work Begins Monday on Eventual Replacement of Route 54 Bridge West of Fenwick Island

Expect delays on Route 54/Lighthouse Road beginning Monday as lane closures can be expected until the end of April. This is the start of the replacement of the Route 54 bridge . The work that starts this week will take place between Van Buren and Dukes Avenues.聽 This project is expected to be completed by late summer of 2028.聽聽

  • Sunday 7p to Monday 12p聽
  • Monday 4p to Tuesday 4p
  • Tuesday 6p to Wednesday 4p
  • Wednesday 6p to Thursday 4p
  • Thursday 6p to Friday 10a
  • Friday 8p to Saturday 9a
  • Saturday 7p to Sunday 9a
