Berlin DUI Suspect Sentenced to 10 Years Prison

Maryland Authorities have sentenced a man who killed a bicyclist in Berlin to ten years in prison.

59-year-old Jonathan Kidder was sentenced Tuesday for a hit and run crash that killed 38-year-old Jose Pineda in May of 2018. Kidder was found guilty of negligent homicide by a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
This was not his first run in with authorities. He has had three prior DUI convictions.
