Fire Damages Enchanted Acres Shed & Home

Indian River fire crews were called for a shed fire on Kings Lane in the Enchanted Acres development off Long Neck Road. Firefighters say the fire spread to nearby decking and brush and melted siding on the home. There was also exposure to a propane tank. Officials say family cats died in the fire. The State Fire Marshal is investigating.
