UPDATED: Frankford Voters Choose 3 to Town Council

UPDATED – 2/3/18 6pm – Frankford voters have elected both incumbents and Velicia Melson to serve on the town council.  Incumbents “Skip” Ash received 39 votes, Incumbent Pamela Davis and Melson each received 36 votes.  They were the top 3 vote-getters.  Dawn Marvel-Beck got 9 votes.  Ash, Davis and Melson will be sworn in to serve 2-year terms during Monday night’s council meeting.

Voters in Frankford head to the polls Saturday to elect three members to the town council.  Incumbents Pamela Davis and Skip Ash are challenged by Velicia Melson and Dawn Marvel-Beck.  The terms are for two years.  Councilman Marty Presley is not running for re-election.  The polls are open from 1 to 4pm at Town Hall.
