Millsboro Man Arrested Violent Domestic Incident

A man wanted on charges of kidnapping, strangulation and other offenses has been arrested.  On August 13^th, Delaware State Police were called to a local hospital after a 40 year old female victim was treated for injuries from a domestic incident with her 28 year old boyfriend Phillippa Vann of Millsboro.  After several attempts to get away, the woman was able to leave Vann at a Walmart store and drive to the hospital and later transferred to another hospital because of the severity of her injuries.  Vann was arrested Monday at a Bridgeville residence and charged with kidnapping, strangulation, attempted 1^st degree rape and other offenses.  He’s being held at SCI in default of a $160,750 cash only bond.
