Millsboro Man Charged with 7th DUI Offense

A Millsboro man has been arrested for his 7th alcohol offense after a crash Thursday night at Avenue of Honor and Bethesda Road north of Millsboro. Delaware State Police learned the driver of an Explorer struck a mail box on Bethesda Road and then failed to stop for a stop sign at Avenue of Honor and collided with a Honda SUV. A police helicopter found 53 year old William Bell about a quarter of a mile from the scene. Bell was arrested and charged with his 7th DUI and other offenses.
