MSP Talk Down Barricaded Man in Westover

Maryland State Police were notified Thursday of a convicted felon who was in possession of a firearm and possibly barricaded inside a Westover home.  Police and other agencies set up a perimeter at the home and tried to call out the suspect, 51 year old Jeffrey Coons.  After about 30 minutes, Coons left the residence and was arrested.  He is charged with firearms and other offenses and is being held with no bond.
