Sussex County Council Reorganizes

Doug Hudson and John Rieley have been sworn in as member of the Sussex County Council to represent the 4th and 5th Councilmanic districts. The Sussex County Council has elected council officers for 2019. Mike Vincent has been re-elected as the council president. IG Burton has been elected as the council vice president. With Hudson’s election to the County Council, and his resignation from the Planning and Zoning Commission, he has nominated John Bruce Mears of Ocean View to the now vacant seat on the Planning Commission. Mears currently is a member of the County Board of Adjustment.
