Two Arrested after Incident Near Seaford

Two people were arrested Saturday afternoon after a hit and run accident near Seaford.  Delaware State Police found a BMW in a ditch on Sussex Highway and found everyone involved at a nearby parking lot.  Police learned the driver of the BMW was pulling onto Sussex Highway when a Charger sideswiped her car.  The driver of the Charger is 26 year old April Prior and her passenger is 28 year old Jeron Henry of Delmar – the victim’s husband.  Henry got out of the car and became disorderly while threatening the victim.  Prior faces a variety of charges including possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony.  Henry is also charged with several offenses including terroristic threatening.  Both are free on unsecured bonds.
