4-Vehicle Crash on Rt 24 near Long Neck

Emergency personnel from Indian River were called for a multiple vehicle crash at Route 24 and Bay Farm Road just before 1:45 Monday afternoon. Crews arriving at the scene found four vehicles involved in a chain reaction crash. Emergency personnel from Millsboro and Mid Sussex Rescue transported patients to nearby medical facilities. Officials say all four vehicles were damaged – with three inoperable as a result of the crash. Delaware State Police are investigating.
