Harbeson Man Charged in September Rape

Harrington Police have arrested 26 year old Damon Dudley of Harbeson on charges of 4^th degree rape.  Police were contacted about a sex complaint that occurred in September and they learned that Dudley had sexual intercourse with a 15 year old girl at a Delaware Avenue home where he was staying at the time.  Dudley turned himself in to police Friday.  He’s free on an unsecured bond.
