Lewes Harbour Marina reported the Katydid left on a Delaware Bay trip on Friday afternoon. Some 6 to 8-pound blues were caught out of the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal.
The fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park saw blues caught on cut bait and top-water lures. Spot were caught on bloodworms.
Old Inlet had reports of blues on incoming water caught on metal lures. Larger stripers were caught on sand fleas and eels at night under the bridge. A few blues were caught at 3Rs Road.
Rick鈥檚 Bait and Tackle said flounder have been caught out of Indian River Bay on minnows.
