UPDATED: Saturday Special Olympics Delaware Outdoor Games CANCELED because of Hazardous Air Quality

UPDATED – 10am – All Special Olympics Delaware outdoor games at the University of Delaware CANCELED today because of hazardous air quality.  Some events have been moved – 

Tennis will now be moving to Elkton Indoor Tennis due to the dangerous air quality. Tennis will begin playing at 10 a.m.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS DELAWARE – Summer Games at the University of Delaware will be operating on a 2 hour delay today for all outdoor activities.  They will start around 10am.  The delay is because of hazardous air quality from wildfires burning in South Jersey.  Indoor activities – including bocce and power lifting – will go on as planned.
