Delaware State Police Troop 7 has issued a Gold Alert for 16-year-old Michael Seymore of Rehoboth Beach. He was last seen on Coastal Highway near the Red Mill Inn on Coastal Highway in Lewes around 8:00 p.m. on September 17th. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is concern for his safety and well-being. He is described as black, approximately 5’2 and weighing about 130 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. Michael was last seen wearing light blue Cape athletic shorts and a Pink Panther book bag. According to police, his destination is possibly East Atlantic Circle in Rehoboth Beach.
