Another Delaware lawmaker decides to retire

Another Delaware lawmaker calls it quits. On Tuesday, State Representative JJ Johnson announced on the House floor he would not seek an eighth term in office. The 75-year old South Wilmington representative says its time to pass the torch to someone new.  Rep. Johnson is now the 7th legislator retiring from the General Assembly at the end of his term; so far 4 representatives and 3 senators are declining to run for reelection.
