Another Delaware Lawmaker announces their retirement. Representative Byron Short says he will not seek another term in office. Rep. Short represents the 7th District, which surrounds Claymont, he was first elected in 2007. So far, 6 legislators have declined to run for re-election: 4 Democrats and 2 Republicans.
